PBA series motor test power supply
PBA series power supply adopts new bipolar soft switching power supply technology, with low switching loss, low electromagnetic radiation and high power density. It can meet the testing requirements of various motor controller products, and can simulate the input power of battery to electric motor controller. Output overload capability, withstand voltage and motor efficiency, stall current, maximum speed, overspeed, feed and other performances are simulated. It can instantaneously absorb the back electromotive force during motor overspeed test, and collect the controller and power supply. Self-protection.
Product performance characteristics:                         
• Small size and light weight (equivalent to one-third of the volume and weight of a linear power supply or thyristor power supply of the same power)
• High efficiency (efficiency above 92%), reliable quality and stable performance.
• Built-in short-circuit feedback feature allows long-term short-circuit or short-circuit start (current limit).
• Input power factor up to 0.94 or more
• Complete protection and alarm modes: over voltage, over current, over temperature, phase loss, short circuit automatic cut off output, trip protection, emergency stop protection. All protection methods have an alarm display and alarm sound, and have a switch output port for the alarm signal.
• Complete status indication: power supply, over voltage, over current, over temperature, phase loss, short circuit status indication

• High power output: When the motor is blocked, the power is rated current (ie, the power can meet the rated power output)
• The discharge circuit is sensitive: the feedback voltage is automatically discharged when the output voltage is higher than the output voltage of 5V~10V. The discharge circuit is independently controlled, and does not affect the normal operation of the discharge circuit after the main circuit is powered off.
• High degree of intelligence: The power supply provides RS484/RS232 interface, which can be connected with the user's host computer to form intelligent monitoring.
